At Phobia Solutions Inc, we design our medical training equipment to meet the highest standards of safety, privacy, and regulatory compliance. While our product utilizes basic patient data — such as names, ages, heights, weights, and email addresses —
during a phobia training session, we maintain a strict zero-retention data policy.
Our Zero-Retention Privacy Model
Instant Data Purging
All patient data entered for a phobia training session is temporarily held in active memory only for the duration of that specific session. The moment the training session ends, the data is automatically erased and permanently purged from our systems.
Zero Data Retention
No patient data is ever written to permanent storage, saved to databases, or kept on our servers after a session concludes.
Data Encryption
While a session is actively running, the transient data is fully encrypted using industry-standard AES-256 protocols.
Team Training
Every member of our staff undergoes mandatory annual HIPAA privacy and security training.
Business Associate Agreements (BAAs)
Because data passes through our equipment during active sessions, we operate as a Business Associate and are fully prepared to execute a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with healthcare providers, hospitals, and clinical institutions. Our BAAs explicitly codify our zero-retention policy to give your compliance team total peace of mind.
